Please don't worry about your money. We can make sure that it is safe to buy stars in this website and any personal information regarding to your money won't get into bad people computers.

Site administration promise that it will try to keep the website with all stars and information about their owners as long as it will be possible. We can't promise it by 100%, but we'll try to keep this Universe alive at least for 5 years. The only thing we are sure about is that time of the Universe existence will directly depend on sold stars amount - the more you'll buy, the longer we exist :) .

We can not make sure that all personal information that we collect from you will be kept personal. We really won't sell any e-mail addresses or IP's to any third parties, but if any hacker will hack our website and steal some your personal info, sorry, but we won't be able to help you. In order to avoid problems, we do not force you to share your real personal information with us (except your name, which in fact can be not your real name if you want).

Website administrators is not responsible for any harm caused to user software or hardware while browsing www.touchyourstar.com. Use our site at your own risk.

User (your) responsibility

You promise that you will not even try to hack this website and/or steal any personal information and/or money!

You promise not to use any bad language as stars titles. (Administration can rename any star or remove the star if it's title contains any bad language, racism, religious intolerance or other kind of illegal content without informing the star owner; If the star will be removed, owner will get a new star, but if he/she refuses it, money won't be paid back!)

You can't use friends invitation and/or question asking functions for spamming or other illegal actions.

You should also take responsibility for all disasters: earthquakes, devastations, global warming, etc. :)

Pictures and other resources privacy

Website title and background pictures are taken from NASA/JPL-Caltech. Other pictures made by www.touchyourstar.com authors. Using pictures, idea, code and other resources without authors' permission is unwanted.

Please note, that star title can not be changed after purchasing! If you will not like it, you'll have to buy the new one. In order to avoid problems, please use only latin alphabet and numbers in titles!
